MAPFRE, among Forbes Global 2000 list of the largest companies

The  Forbes Global 2000 list examines four metrics with equal weight – sales, profit, assets and market value – to determine the world’s 2,000 largest companies. MAPFRE was once again ranked as one of the largest companies in Spain, ranking number nine out of a total 26 Spanish companies on the list.

In line with the criteria used by the American publication, the company occupies slot number 513 on the world list.

In total, the 2,000 companies that appear on the list, located in 63 countries, have a combined total of 31.3 billion euros in sales, 2.15 billion euros in profit, 144.88 billion euros in assets, and a market value of 39.35 billion euros.
