2030 Agenda

At MAPFRE we are fully committed to the 2030 Agenda; the road map approved by the United Nations in 2015 to promote the creation of ethical and human wealth.

The protection of human rights is linked to our internal regulations, adopted at the highest level of the organization, and is expressly contained in MAPFRE’s Institutional, Business and Organizational Principles, the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct and the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.

It is also strengthened through adherence to the benchmark international initiatives which we belong to such as the UN Global Compact, the Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI) and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

We have an impact on the development of the countries in which we operate and we are aware of the social footprint that may result from our company’s activity. Therefore, since 2015, our sustainability plans have included a specific line of work related to contributing to the largest global strategy for Sustainable Development.
