Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is permanently attributed all Board of Directors powers, with the exception of those that cannot be delegated by law.
The Chairman and First and Second Deputy Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Mapfre, S.A. are also Chairman and First and Second Deputy Chairmen of the Steering Committee, which will comprise a maximum of ten members.
