The role of our providers
We continue working to ensure that 100% of providers in the preferred home, motors, health, and purchasing networks are certified in sustainability by 2026 in countries representing 95% of group premiums, and that our procurement providers are certified in line with ESG sustainability criteria.

Sustainable provider management model
This model aims to consolidate and, above all, guide all actions carried out with providers to ensure they’re aligned with our sustainability approach. The model encompasses codes of conduct, ESG clauses, sustainability approval system and audits, and systems for continual improvement.
