UPCOMING FINAL DIVIDEND:
At the General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 13 March 2026, the distribution of a final dividend of €0.11 gross per share was approved. It will be paid on the date determined by the Board of Directors between May 15 and May 31, 2026. The amount corresponding to treasury shares will be allocated proportionally to the remaining shares.
This is in addition to the interim dividend of €0.07 gross per share, distributed on 28 November 2025, bringing the total dividend paid against the year to €0.18 gross per share (€0.16 gross per share in 2024). This represents total shareholder remuneration of €554 million (€493 million for 2024).
