New dividend increase

The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend against 2026 earnings of 8 euro cents per share, to be paid on 26 November. This represents a 14.3% increase compared with the interim dividend paid for the previous financial year.

This marks the sixth consecutive increase in shareholder remuneration over the past three years, and brings the total dividend for the 2026 financial year to 19 euro cents per share, 15.2% higher than the dividend paid in 2025, meaning total shareholder remuneration paid in 2026 will be €585 million.

Over the last five financial years, Mapfre will have distributed more than €2.46 billion to its shareholders, the highest cumulative shareholder remuneration in its history, reflecting the Group’s financial strength and its continued commitment to creating value for shareholders.
