CESVIMAP will install a slow charging point to meet the needs of the Mitsubishi i-MiEV , and any electric vehicle inside its facilities.
The charging point will be autonomous with a Schuko type socket, access card RFID (Radio Frequency ID), communication and information management with energy prepayment system by proximity cards.
This equipment is adapted to the environment, especially urban parking lots and roads, with appropriate protections to avoid electrical hazards and vandalism.
The single phase socket (Schuko) will be protected against accidental misuse, by access door locking, user authentication through RFID contactless card, visual indication of the status or availability of the charging point (free, busy, out of service) and Led indicator on the side of the equipment to show the charging process.
With this charging point, any user can load his/her vehicle with a timeout close to six hours.
The current limitations in terms of
standardization for fast charging plugs, joined to the
difficulty and necessity of an electrical installation
prepared for high energy demand, discouraged at this
time the fast charging posts for CESVIMAP needs.
