In November 2003 CESVIMAP obtained the ISO 9001 accreditation for its training area, under UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000, IQNET ISO 9001:2000 standards (register entry number ER-1436/2001), in recognition of its quality control system. This is in continuation of the work of many years on CESVIMAP´s part, which had already led it to obtain the previous ISO 9001 standard certification in October 2001.
¿Why does this Standard set us apart?
Achieving this certification means recognition of Cesvimap´s creative capacity, of those who prepare the projects – individually designed for our clients - , who produce them, set them up and provide a complementary after-sales service.
The ISO 9001 standard therefore calls for a dynamic attitude, in the context of which client information analysis is fundamental to making our activities fit our the client´s needs.
CESVIMAP will carry on making the greatest possible effort to put into practice the concept of continual improvement, basing this on the search for areas of common interest which will allow us to propose and carry out improvements in customer satisfaction.
