Research projects and experiments are carried out at the CESVIMAP facilities on different types of vehicles, makes and models produced by manufacturers present on the market. Thus, our activities plan covers the study of:
Each vehicle is the subject of the analysis of
each one of its elements, of its joining systems, of its
materials and of the work methodology needed in order to
undertake the repair or replacement of its different
parts. Crash tests and repair time measurement and
monitoring of materials used are undertaken, focusing
on everything down to the very last detail, and the
information obtained is then made available through our
extensive catalogue of courses or the numerous
publications which we prepare at CESVIMAP.
All the vehicles submitted to research are
repaired and painted with the latest technological
innovations to be found on the market.
CESVIMAP’s commitment to innovation and to
quality repairs means that it has products from the top
brands in the sector, along with the very latest equipment.
Electro-mechanical components and equipment, which
have an ever greater presence in vehicles, are
researched into and tested; the results obtained are
made known so that they can be of use to a wide range of
CESVIMAP clients and followers of its
activities.
