Our Social Responsibility annual report details all activities, processes and decisions in the area of social responsibility related to compliance with commitments concerning society, our workforce, the environment and human rights. Until 2004, it formed part of the Annual Management Accounts Report, but it is now produced in its own right as a standalone document.

The report is prepared in line with the international guidelines laid down in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), version 4, and it is externally verified by the auditing firm of Ernst & Young.

Since the year 2009, local reports are also being prepared in numerous countries where the Group operates: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Puerto Rico.
