This is an app for smartphones (whether running Blackberry, iPhone or Android OS) which enables our partners in the insurance sector to offer an automatic roadside assistance service to their clients. Using MAiassist, by simply pressing a button, an insurer can automatically request roadside assistance, estimated time of arrival of the tow truck and consult request history all confirmed by SMS. This application works with all telecoms operators and makes use of geolocation technology, thereby being able to instantly locate the vehicle by GPS.
