These are rented households with specific common services, such as nurses, restaurants, halls, etc. In these residencies the elderly can enjoy their independence in a building designed and built with their needs in mind.

This service provides home support to persons who, despite being in good physical and mental health, need some help to perform daily chores, such as cleaning, personal assistance, companionship and integration into community life as well as other support requested.

This allows senior citizens to contact us at any time in case of emergency by pressing the brooch or bracelet button they are wearing. We will provide an immediate solution to the emergency, putting in action the necessary resources.

At these premises we provide complete emotional care for physically disabled persons whose families struggle to care for them at home.

This service is aimed at persons with special social service needs. Currently, MAPFRE QUAVITAE manages and offers this resource to institutions such as the Autonomous Community of Madrid (Spain), amongst other communities.
